Muy agradable hotel, fue la primera vez y fue satisfactoria, solo con respecto a la estancia cuando reserve en la página decía que podría tener la salida a las 5pm y no respetan eso

la verdad es que fuimos 7 dias mi hija y yo y la pasamos bien, casi no estuvimos en el hotel pues ibamos a conocer, y nos encanto, pero la limpieza de la habitacion 1004, hecha por la señora SILVIA, fue impecable, estamos muy contentas con su servicio a parte de que nunca tomo nada que no fuera para ella, ni siquiera el cambio dejado ahi en el escritorio peinador, excelente.

We’re 10 miles from the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport. Gro. District Public transportation is available from the Airport to the hotel zone and will drop you off right at Kystal Ixtapa.
